Our Journey

The Spirit of Love Home Health Services LLC was shaped through over 20 years of personal and professional caregiving experience. The founder and visionary began supporting individuals with care needs at just 19 years old, developing a deep understanding of compassion, patience, and dependable support early on.

 

Her journey into caregiving is deeply personal. She has cared for multiple loved ones, including serving as the primary caregiver for her brother until his passing, as well as caring for her mother through the end of her life. She continues that commitment today by caring for her uncle who is legally blind.

 

Her passion for supporting individuals with mental health challenges is also rooted in real-life experience. At a young age, she stepped in to support her sister during a battle with mental illness, making significant personal sacrifices, including stepping away from college to obtain custody and raise her sister’s children. In addition to her personal experiences, she has spent over a decade in her professional career supporting individuals with mental health needs, including medication management.

 

Through both lived and professional experience, she recognized the gaps in quality care and felt called to create something different. The Spirit of Love Home Health Services LLC was established to provide a safe, supportive space where individuals and families receive compassionate, reliable home and mental health care.
